Before you book

What do I need for the session?

A computer with access to your UniFi console (local or via unifi.ui.com) and Microsoft Teams (the browser version works fine) so you can share your screen. Your Teams link arrives with your booking confirmation.

What if my network needs more time?

Most home and small business networks fit comfortably. If yours is larger, we'll tell you before going over and quote any extra time at our standard rates. No surprises.

Do you work with non-UniFi equipment?

These fixed-price sessions are UniFi-specific. For other equipment, book a free call and we'll scope it.

Is it safe to give you access?

You share your screen and stay in control the whole time. We never ask for your passwords, and nothing changes without your approval.
